PHCC Has Broken the Training Mold! PHCC TEXAS Plumbing Apprenticeship!
Our exciting new plumbing apprenticeship training program is challenging the old methods of training to offer young people the kind of training they want and need! The plumbing apprentice will attend class for four ten-hour days once each quarter for the full year. Following the fourth quarter, he or she will receive first-year certification and will continue to attend the class each quarter for four years.
- The program is approved by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship.
- The student may or may not choose to participate in the DOL program.
- Instructors Frank Morgan and Bill White led the students through classroom and lab training, using PHCC Apprentice Manuals

Testimonial: "After the first two weeks, students are conscientious about quality and are learning the right way to do things. Feelings of self-worth are greatly increased. They know they are becoming an asset to their company."
